1. Charter Inclusions
Your standard charter reservation includes the following provisions:
- Professional Captain and certified crew.
- Fuel for standard cruising routes.
- Soft drinks, bottled water, and premium ice.
- Mandatory maritime safety equipment.
- Fresh towels and standard cutlery.
2. Important Information
Your safety is our absolute priority. All charters operate strictly under the rules and regulations enforced by the Dubai Coast Guard.
- The Captain’s instructions are final and must be followed at all times.
- Any fines imposed by the Dubai Coast Guard due to guest non-compliance will be billed directly to the lead charterer.
- Failure to comply with safety regulations will result in the immediate termination of the charter without refund.
3. Identification Requirements
Maritime law requires all guests to present valid, original identification before boarding. Digital copies are not accepted.

4. Safety & Conduct Regulations
Alcohol consumption is permitted onboard; however, reckless behavior, excessive drinking, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated.
- Life jackets must be worn instantly when instructed by the Captain.
- Swimming after sunset is strictly prohibited by UAE law.
- Swimmers must remain within a 3-metre radius of the yacht at all times.
- Jumping from the yacht while cruising or anchored is forbidden.
- Littering in the sea carries severe government penalties.
- Third-party water sports (e.g., Jet Skis) must be arranged directly through Mirage Rentals.
5. Guest & Child Policy
The final guest manifest must be confirmed the evening prior to departure and cannot exceed the vessel's licensed capacity.
- The crew's primary duty is vessel operation; they cannot act as child supervisors.
- Children under 10 must wear a life jacket at all times while on deck or in the water.
- Guests under 21 require active supervision by a responsible adult.
Parents remain solely responsible for child safety throughout the voyage.
6. Catering & Housekeeping
Guests are welcome to arrange external catering, provided Mirage Rentals is notified in advance.
- The lead charterer assumes liability for any damage caused by external vendors.
- All catering equipment, waste, and leftover food must be removed immediately upon docking.
- Shoes and rigid footwear must be removed before boarding the yacht to protect the teak decking.
Excessive mess, spills, or unapproved decorations will result in an additional deep-cleaning surcharge.
7. Liability & Fines
The lead charterer accepts full financial and legal responsibility for their guests. Any damage to the vessel, its equipment, or the crew will be assessed by an authorized contractor, and the final repair quotation will be charged to the client.

*Mirage Boat Rentals LLC accepts no liability for the loss of personal belongings, nor for injury or illness occurring during the charter, except where mandated by UAE law.
8. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation by Operator
We reserve the right to postpone a charter due to adverse weather, mechanical constraints, Coast Guard restrictions, or government directives. In such events, clients will be offered a suitable alternative vessel or a rescheduled date.
Cancellation by Client
Confirmed bookings are entirely non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a date modification subject to the following:
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure.
- Modifications are strictly subject to fleet availability.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation, remitting payment, or boarding our vessels, the lead charterer legally acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and their entire party.
